Minor Events And Contests

Minor Events that do not deserve their own page.

The events are limited time occurrences in which the gameplay is affected and gives the players special tasks which gives extra rewards upon completion.

Agame events

Those events were only available in the Agame version of the game.

Army Points event

Army points popup (in italian).

The Army Points event was an event that consisted in who trains the more quantity of units in a period of 5 days. Each unit upgraded, activated or trained, gave the player 1 Army Point.

Prizes

• Top 1 to 5: 250 Galaxy Chips, 10 Zeppelins and 2 Skull Nukes.
• Top 6 to 20: 7 Boulder Strikes, 1 Worker and 3 Zeppelin.
• Top 21 to 50: 7 Mystery Cubes, 6 Missile Rains and 2 Boulder Strikes.

Clash of the Star Bases event

One of the Clash of the Star Bases popups.

The Clash of the Star Bases event was a limited-time event that started on 6:00 AM (EST), November 30th 2012, and ended at 4:00 (EST) December 3rd, and consisted on destroying as many enemies' Star Bases as possible. Destroying a Star Base granted the player 1 Kill Point. The players with the most Kill Points would earn rewards. Rewards were given on December 5th.

Once logged into the game, a popup message appeared saying the next:

“	Message from Major Wor: A weakling, puny and a lame duck they call us! Chief, things are not going as we planned... sigh.... This is really disappointing, we are supposed to be fearsome! Mercyless! Coldblooded! Somehow we lost our touch. Alright, listen Chief. I know a way to bring fear into the hearts of your enemies and make them truly look up to you. You are simply going to have to destroy their Star Bases... Muhahahaaa! There are many galaxies, many planets, many Chiefs... but only a few can be truly ruthless and destroy most bases.	”

Prizes

• Top 1 to 5: 60 Galaxy Chips, 2 Skull Nukes and 5 Missle Rains.
• Top 6 to 20: 1 Skull Nuke, 5 Missle Rains and 5 Boulder Strikes.
• Top 21 to 50: 3 Missle Rains, 10 Mystery Cubes and 5 Colossus.

Destroyer Contest

This contest started on 2013/04/10 and finished on 2013/04/16

Today will start one whre you have to destroy as much Star Bases of other players as possible during a week to with these awesome rewards that you'll earn depending on your position at the end of the contest. Zeppelin Housing

This contest started on 2013/04/23 and will finish at 2013/05/02

“	Hi Earthlings! A lot of players love to get Star Batteries, but some of them (specially the begginers) don't know very well how to get them! We hope that with this new contest you learn this and other benefits of helping the others. To score you must Collect 'Zeppelin housing'. It's one of the rewards get from time to time when helping friend during visits. They are a more or less rare item, so keep trying tirelessly again and again! Tip : Star Batteries are another reward that you may receive when you visit and help your friends.	”

Summer Event popup.

Summer Event

The Summer Event was a summer event that would require collecting rubber duckies so that Spyling's friends are allowed within the "Summer planet". By collecting coins from Compact Houses, helping friends and destroying Star Bases you can earn rubber duckies.

Winter Event

The Winter Event took place from 18 December 2014 to 5 January 2015. It involved collecting auroras to earn shining, luminous, and brilliant gifts. The gifts later became available in the Premium Shop for chips.

Valentine's Event

The Valentine's Event was the first new event released by Phoenix Network. This event ran from 14 February 2023 to 24 February 2023. The goal was to collect as many hearts as possible, with rewards up to 1000 chips. The event didn't run as smooth as expected, especially the leaderboard indicating a wrong order and wrong rewards being given at first.

Easter Event

The Easter Event was the second new event released by Phoenix Network. This event ran from April 6th 2023 to April 18th 2023. The goal was to collect as many eggs as possible, with rewards up to 1500 chips. "It was supposed to start at April 7th 00:00, but eggs started dropping at about April 6th 23:00 but the event popup didn't appear until April 7th 07:00, it ended April 18th 06:00", this was mostly due to mixups and issues with timezones.
